Cooking tip

So recently I've been cooking muffins. I'm one of those people who struggles to eat breakfast because I can't be bothered getting up or I don't know what to make. So what I do now is make a batch of muffins or banana bread in cupcake cases instead of a loaf and then freeze it.

By individually wrapping each muffin in cling film I can grab one out in the morning and pop it in the microwave for about a minute (unwrapped) and enjoy a yummy and super fast breakkie with minimal effort. So I don't end up with millions of muffins loose in my freezer I put them all in a large ziplock bag which I label with the name of the recipe and the date.

Which is super yummy fruit mince muffins...recipe to come later....doesn't get wasted as it becomes this...

A yummy breakfast or snack for someone with little time.
