This is my Anzac Biscuit recipe. Everyone at work loves them and cant get enough. I personally prefer them chewier so I take them out the oven nice and early but if you prefer your biscuit crunchier leave it in a bit longer. But my point is...these are so damn EASY!
Ingredients:
1C Rolled oats
¾ C Shredded Coconut
1C Plain flour
1C Sugar
125g Butter
2T Golden syrup
½ t Bicarb
1T Water
Method:
1.Mix oats, coconut, flour and sugar together
2.Melt syrup and butter together
3.Mix bicarb with boiling water
4.Combine liquids. Mix all ingredients
5.Bake for 10-15 mins at 150 degrees (keep an eye on it, light golden will be chewy, darker will be crunchy)
